This company has two sides: some folks are fantastic, really know their stuff and show they care, while others can be pretty tough, stuck in their ways, and not so friendly. It really depends on the day and who’s working. I wasn’t too comfy leaving my dog there because on the rough days, they used a slip lead that made him choke, and he came back home parched and not too happy.

Toto provides an amazing service and is totally reliable. They shared pictures of our cats while we were gone, which eased all our worries about them, letting us enjoy a family gathering in Scotland without any stress whatsoever.

I’m really thankful to Simon and his crew for their professionalism. We’ll surely be choosing Toto again.

We were super hesitant to leave Lucky with anyone since she has some challenges because of her age and particular needs. We didn’t want to test a new person’s patience with her. We were on the lookout for someone calm, patient, understanding, and highly professional, and Grace ticked all those boxes. In the past, we’ve had some rough experiences with caretakers for Lucky, and we could feel her unease. But with Grace, it was a whole different story. She made us feel relaxed before we left, and when we got back, Lucky was happy and calm, thanks to her.
Tom and Toto handled my worries like pros and customized Lucky’s care until we were completely happy. Communication was a breeze, any changes were managed effortlessly, and the whole process went off without a hitch. I wholeheartedly recommend them. We’ll definitely be calling on Tom and Toto again, and we’re insisting on Grace! Huge thanks!

Tom and Toto have totally eased my worries when I need to leave my dog for vacations or if I’m stuck working late. They’re super professional and genuinely caring, and they really get how tough it is for me to leave Bear since he needs to be watched closely and gets medication for his arthritis. They provide regular updates, are dependable, and truly understand how much Bear means to me. I’m really impressed with the service they provide and their dog knowledge ensures he’s safe and sound. While out on walks, I’ve spotted Harry (who often takes care of Bear), and not only is he doing an awesome job with the pack of dogs, but Bear also runs over to him for some love with the waggiest tail—so he gives them a thumbs up too!

The crew at Tom & Toto is just fantastic! I had a tough time finding dog walkers who felt at ease and were sure enough to take my German Shepherd, Malla, out for walks. I was really starting to stress about not finding someone to help while I was away on holiday. A friend suggested Tom & Toto, and I’m so glad I took their advice! Even though I’m not in their usual area, they went above and beyond to include Malla in their roster. She adored her outings with Harry and Emma, to the point where she actually missed them when we returned from our trip! The only bummer is that since I’m outside their service zone, I can’t get Malla on regular walks. Still, I wholeheartedly recommend Tom & Toto to anyone in need of a trustworthy, friendly, and professional team to care for their furry friends!

Fantastic care, truly made us feel comfortable during the initial visit for our pup. Got consistent updates on our furry friend, and it was obvious that our dog got top-notch and loving attention. I'd suggest this service to anyone.

I hired someone to take care of my two pups for a weekend, including overnight stays and walks. She did a fantastic job, staying in touch throughout the weekend with pictures and updates on their playtime and all that. The dogs were super happy, and my house was well taken care of.

The services provided for our cats are truly incredible. They have cared for our two felines for stretches of up to three weeks with outstanding results. They consistently go above and beyond for our pets. I can't recommend them enough!

If Bentley could put pen to paper, he'd express just how excited he gets when Emma or Sian shows up for a stroll or a getaway. He’s more than content with our trips, enjoying breakfast on the patio, plenty of walks (often choosing the route himself), and visits from Emma’s pup, Lolu. We also get regular updates and fantastic photos, plus our home is spotless when we come back. We can’t thank Sarah and her crew enough for the love and attention they give, and Bentley is over the moon to be so pampered! A massive shoutout from The Bradley-Watson family.

For several years now, Tom and Toto have looked after our two rabbits whenever we head out of town, including our month-long holiday in New Zealand. Every time we return, the bunnies are always clean and content. I really appreciate it when they send me a picture of the little ones; it gives me peace of mind. This past Christmas, we even got a surprise gift of two fridge magnets, each featuring a photo of one of our rabbits.
If we need it, they also take care of our mail so that no one knows we’re away. My husband is especially grateful for the extra help with watering our plants during those hot months when the patio pots and greenhouse plants could easily dry out. It’s great that they take their time and show our pets and home the respect they deserve.

Deciding to bring a puppy into our lives took quite a while! I had some worries about how things would go while we were at work. But after chatting with Sarah on the phone and then having Emma come over, I felt way more at ease about Teddy's care and wellbeing, plus I didn’t feel as guilty about juggling work! The first day I needed to catch up on sleep after a night shift was a bit of a challenge with all the whining, but Sarah and Emma were super supportive, and since then, everything's been smooth sailing! When I'm catching some Z's, I don’t hear a peep - Emma and Jo are really thoughtful! We’ve gotten some adorable photos of Teddy, along with notes on how he’s been during their visits. Teddy's gearing up for his first walk this week, and I just know he’s gonna have a blast! Tom and Toto are fantastic! Huge thanks for making our puppy adventure a little easier.

Every day, Louie heads over for some playtime at Tom and Toto's pet care, where he gets to hang out with plenty of other pups his size. He really enjoys it! The staff takes great care of him, always keeping me in the loop about his adventures. Louie adores everyone there, and I can't recommend them enough. It's truly the best part of his day, which makes me super happy too!

For several years now, we've been relying on Tom and Toto, and I can't say enough good things about Sarah and her whole crew. They treat our pets like family, and we get regular updates, photos, and videos of their escapades, whether sent directly to us or posted on Facebook. Plus, their online booking system is a breeze, letting us know when our dog is being picked up and who’s taking care of them!
Our fur babies are always thrilled to see them, and they pay close attention to all their routines and needs, even accommodating last-minute requests, which is just part of having pets!
We feel completely at ease leaving our animals in their capable hands. The best part for us is knowing that a caring and responsible person is there to look after them while we're away or busy at work.
